Get Hotmail-Plus through a POP server to read-it on Outlook

Hotmail developtment staff, please develop a way to get Hotmail Plus through
a POP server to be able to manage all your mail accounts in Outlook 2000 or
Outlook 2003 and not having to be restrict to Outlook Express. Quick, please.
