outlook connection?

Im trying to configure a new outlook acount.
1) select a Add a new mail acount
2) Micrisoft Exchange Server
3) write de exchange server name
4) put my user name
5) push the check name botton, and it return and error.
This error says that "This action could not be completed. The microsoft
exchange server connection is not avialable"
But here at the office it only happend to me, every one is working just fine.
Please help me...
