Default Outlook won't send or receive

I have a user that Outlook won't send or receive. I have the options set to
check for mail every minute. I can see, down in the lower right hand corner
of the screen, that the program is checking and it returns a 'Send/Receive
Complete' message but the outbox doesn't empty nor does incoming mail arrive.
I don't get any error message until I try a manual send/receive and then I
get a message saying that there is no connection to the exchange server. If
there is no connection why does the automated send/receive cycle through
without error? I just configured another machine with this users ID and was
able to pick up his incoming mail with no problem. Any suggestions??

Default RE: Outlook won't send or receive

You cannot set OL to check for mail every minute. Ten minutes is the least
time you can use for the servers to reset. Reset it to check every 10 minutes
and it will solve your problem.
