Default Outlook will not configure

I had tore-install windows xp and also my office XP software because of a bad
crash. After doing so I could not configue Outlook (thank God for express)
The error that I get is: failure to register a vb script dll.
the key display name is either missing or has an incorrect value.
Then it gives me the path programs/office/office 10/forms/1033/secrec(2)cfg,
section description.
I have a router on my system and wonder if thta is the problem.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hector,

maybe you tried this program
http://www.chestysoft.com/download/dllregsvr.zip
to register your vbscript.dll
