My e-Fax "faxmsg.tif" files will no longer open with right click

MS Outlook will not allow me to open my e-fax attachments on my home
computer...(I do not have this problem with my office laptop). Had been
working properly until approximately 10 days ago. Now when I attempt to open
the files I get the following message, "Can't create file: faxmsg.tif. Right
click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties
on the short-cut menu to check your permissions for the folder." I recently
performed an update and that was when I started having problems. Any help
will be greatly appreciated.
