Tools -> Options Fonts Too Large

When I go to Tools -> Options The fonts have become larger and not all
options can be seen in the window.

Any idea what's going on? Other configuration screens are fine in outlook
and other office programs. The only related problem is that the To: X line
in the preview pane is also enlarged.
