Default unable to load default e-mail folder. mapi was unable to load in


I am having problem with outlook 2003. get this msg when I try and run
outlook 2003

unable to load default e-mail folder. An unexpect error has occurred
MAPI was unable to load information service from msncon.dll. Be sure the
service is correctly installed and configured

please help me

Are you still using the MSN Connector?
If not remove it from Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced
Options-> button Add-In Manager
Otherwise download and install it again

I think you have uninstalled Outlook Connector or there were some
errors during installation.. reinstalling Connector from the below link
should solve the problem.
