Uninstalling Office 2000 on an XP machine

I have found the eraser utilities on the Microsoft site, but they only have
versions for W98 and 2000. Neither has been tested on XP. Has anyone safely
used either version on an XP machine (w/SP2)? Any other suggestions as to
how to safely uninstall Office 2000 so I can re-install it?
