Access denied message using Outlook personal folder??

User has very large personal Outlook 2000 folder for archiving mail as well
as regular Exch 2000 mailbox. She gets an access denied message whenever
attempting to move mail from mailbox to any personal folder mailbox. Anybody
know how to troubleshoot this? Already tried reloading Outlook and
re-creating the user profile but had no luck. Thanks much!

Hey Snapshot,

This is a shot in the dark...and maybe u haved tried this but try holding
down the CTRL key then click and drag the email to its destination. Hope this
works...if not like I said it was a shot in the dark. Good Luck
