Windows Installer

I have just upgrade to Ofiice Pro 2003 from Office XP.
Each time I open Outlook - windows installer start and
keeps running until timeout. When I cancel, window
installer start again.
When I attempted to change the mail profile - again
windows installer.

Any thoughts how I might correct this problem?

Insert the CD and do a repair on Office.
