Default Palm Desktop Import/Export


I'd like to know how to transfer information from Palm
Desktop to Outlook 2002. I've tried the procedure outlined
in "OL2002: How to Import the Address Book from Palm
Desktop into Outlook (810930)" from Microsoft's Knowledge
Base. The result was many names without phone numbers.
Does anybody have any ideas for me?
