Outlook 2003 upgrade err msg: help pls

Can someone translate this message please? Can't find the
2755 from MS KB.

While upgrading to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000, Error
occured:"Error 2755, An internal error has occurred. (30
\\PATH_OF File_share_location\outlook2k3\outLS11.MSI).
Contact your Information Tech. Department for assistance."

Try installing in a clean boot, follow these steps:

1. Click "Start", and then click "Run".
2. In the "Open "box, type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks),
and then click "OK".
3. Click the "General" tab, and then click "Selective Startup".
4. Click to clear the following check boxes:

- "Process SYSTEM.INI File
"
- "Process WIN.INI File
"
- "Load Startup Items
"
5. Click the "Services" tab.
6. Click to select the "Hide All Microsoft Services "check box, and
then click "Disable All".
7. Click "OK", and then click "Restart "to restart the computer.
8. Install Outlook - after installation and make sure your application works
9. Repeat steps 1, 2
10. Click the "General" tab, and then click "Normal Startup"
11. Click the "Services" tab.
12. Click to unselect the "Hide All Microsoft Services "check box, and
then click "Enable All".
13. Restart machine then open Outlook
