Default Tools>Services don't show up when selected from menu

TIA:

History:
Small Business 2000 loaded and Outlook configured to
Email Only
Office 2000 Pro added to computer
Swithced Outlook to C/W configuration
Put in Office 2000 Pro disk when prompted
After opening Oulook, Clicked Tools>Service and nothing
happens! No dialog box to see Services (was going to
setup Microsoft Mail Service)...

Removed Office Small Busines and Reinstalled Office 2000
Pro and still have same problem.

What do I need to do to be able to see the Services
dialog box?

Thanks,
Joel

Try going through Control Panel | Mail to add to the profile.
