Attachments sent in Outlook 2000 not received by Outlook Express recipients

I have a user who sends attachments out of Outlook 2000 to a combination of Outlook & Outlook Express clients. The Outlook clients can get the attachments however Outlook Express clients don't receive them. I changed the mail forma
to both plain text and html and still doesn't work. If I send attachments to same recipients using Outlook they get the attachments.This problem is isolated to 1 user. Any info is appreciated!

Are the attachements just missing or are they being
blocked?

The attachments are just missing.They receive the email fine, just without attachments.
