Default Re: outlook 2002 back up

You can specify to leave a copy on the server for your received e-mail on
the More Options section of your Account settings (Tools-> E-mail Accounts)
You can't do this for your Send Items. Better is to back-up your pst-file.

To locate your pst-file;
Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

You can also locate the file by using
Rightclick the root folder (probably Outlook Today)-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename
