Cannot open Outlook

Cannot start Outlook (Office XP). "Unable to open default e-mail folders. Inbox Repair Tool said "the file (C:\Documents and Settings\Sonya\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\hotmail.pst) does not exist". I uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted and have same problem. Thank you for any help.

Recreate your mail profile Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

or create a new default delivery location in
Control Panel-> Mail-> button E-mail Accounts-> button Next
