BCM Installation Error

Installed BCM and went to run Outlook. Asked if I wanted
to use the existing profile with BCM, clicked yes and
then this error message: " Managed MAPI Service
Catastrophic Error." I click OK, and Outlook opens
without BCM installed. Happens each time I start Outlook.
Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.
