Outlook & BCM - install problem

Default Outlook & BCM - install problem


I have a problem where BCM doesn't start for one particular user. The
problem is on a Windows Domain (without Exchange) - Outlook is Assigned via
Active Directory & works 100% OK. BCM was installed locally but failed due
to the user not being added as a member of the BCM Group. This was
corrected by hand and BCM then installed OK but accessing Outlook for this
user doesn't start up BCM. If another user logs on to this client then BCM
works fine. I've deleted Outlook & BCM and reinstalled but the same problem
exists for this user. Outlook starts and works OK but there is no sign of
BCM starting. Application folder, My Documents etc is syncronised to the
server.

Surely there must be a registry entry somewhere that's now wrong for this
user & it doesn't get deleted on uninstall? Disabled Items in Help doesn't
say anything about BCM.
