Default 2003 Shutdown

If I close Outlook and try to reopen it later, it will
not open. When I go to reboot, I get the message that
Outlook.exe has not closed and asks if I want to close
it. Nowhere does it show Outlook is running. I have to
reboot to get Outlook to work again. Anyone have
suggestions?

I am having this same problem. All I have found says that
OL 2002 has to be uninstalled. As far as I can tell I
have done this, but some file(s) must still be hanging
around.

I also have the same problem and took care to reformat
hard drive, install a fresh copy of Win XP Pro and then
Office 2003, so I cn rule out conflict with 2002. Happens
on 3/3 machines running XP Pro but not on the Win2000
server machine.
