Default newbie ?'s Can I merge pst files?

I have a user with locally stored mail on workstationA
and they have used workstationB for the domain. I was
wondering if it's possible to merge the old mail file
with the new mail file to retain all the users folders
and mail? or am I doing this the hard way?
I want my user to stop saving the file locally. I don't
have access to the exchange server, but I do have access
to a file & ad server. I'm confused as to how to do this
and what are the possible solutions...

You can use File | Import and Export to import from any .pst file. Or, open
the file with File | Open | Personal Folders File (or Outlook Data File),
then drag and drop messages to move them.
