Outlook Problems

I am attempting to configure Outlook and am having
trouble. When I open the program I get the following
message: "Unable to open your default email folders" I
click ok. It then asks if i want to open my default file
system instead and I click yes. I then get a debug
error, abnormal program termination. I click retry and
get a message to send an error report. I click ignor and
get a run time error message, abnormal program
termination. I have downloaded the updates from the web
site and reinstalled the program again. I even ran a
repair fro the disc and nothing fixes the problem. Any
suggestions.

Recreate your mail profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
