Business Contact Manager Instal Problem

After installing Office 2003 on my Dell 8100 laptop running Win 2K Pro sp4 with no problem, I cannot install BCM. I get the same error as others - "...cannot configure the server..." I've deleted the SQL folders in "Program Files" and cleared out the registry entries. Nothing so far has worked. I have removed most ancilary programs and spent an hour with Microsoft with no luck. I'm waiting on a call from their development folks. Any ideas???

Beyond what you've already done, no. Let us know if the support call results
in any new troubleshooting tips.
