Outlook 2003 Import /Export

I cannot get Outlook 2003 to import. i followed the
instructions given by Knowledge Base Article 829985 and
the "update" was proceding but then I received the
message "error1311 Source File not found :
C:\msocache\all...Verify that the file exists and that
you can access it."

It exists and I can open it. but I still cannot get the
Import Export function to work.

Any thoughts as to how to get the function to work?
