Runtime Error !

I recently upgraded to XP Pro from WIN 98 SE. When I try
to open Outlook I get the following message. "This
application has requested the runtime to terminate it in
an unusual way". When I acknowledge the error it shuts
down the application. I have installed all the current
updates to both XP and office. I reinsatlled office 2000
and Outlook 2000 and have applied all current updates.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am running Microsoft XP Pro 2002 with Norton antivirus
professional and am experiencing the same problems with
error messages and also debugging messages. I posted a
message under the installation section of this site on 1
feb name: Dolly. You could try looking there for possible
answers too if you like. I hope someone can give us an
answer.
