Reinstall on startup

I have a new Office Premium 2000 Outlook install. Each time I start Outlook, the system asks me for my Office 2000 Premium CD and acts like it wants to install Outlook again (or it's running a service pack). I have all Service Packs installed, and I used the CD during those updates. Any ideas as to why it keeps asking for the disks?
