outlook 97 can't upgrade to sr1

Hi All,

I am using office 97 and am trying to run the sr1 and sr2 patches. For some
reason Outlook won't upgrade to sr1. Because of this I can't upgrade to
sr2. All the other office programs are at sr1 level. I am having a problem
with word 97 and am trying to get it fixed by using the service packs. Can
anyone help with this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
