Default Outlook 2003 - Cannot send/receive mail with new MSN DSL connection

When I try to send and receive email with Outlook 2003 I get the following error message:

A connection could not be established. "Task MSN Folder Syncronizing headers" reported error (0X800CCCF0): 'The service is unavailable. Try again later.'

I can send and receive email with Outlook Express 2003 with no problems. I really want to use Outlook 2003 instead of Outlook
Express 2003.

I just had DSL installed with MSN Premium as my ISP.

Thanks so much,
Ann

Default RE: Outlook 2003 - Cannot send/receive mail with new MSN DSL connection

I'm having the same problem sending/receiving with a similar synchronization error since getting DSL, and sometimes can't delete or move emails to a folder either... says "Outlooks request to server failed, server responded". A temporary fix is to send myself an email, once received then I can sometimes get my other new messages, delete etc. Any suggestions?
