Hi All
Is there any way in Outlook 2003 to turn off the Group By for all folders at once? It appears that it is set by default for all folders and I view this as a major pain in the neck. I do not like having to turn it off one folder at a time TI Jim |

If you change the Messages view by View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define
Views it should be changed for all the folder that are still in their default view. If the folder isn't in it's default view anymore you must change it manually per folder. -- Roady [MVP] www.sparnaaij.net Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office related News Also Outlook FAQ, How To's, Downloads and more...
