lost the Outlook

I don't know how I did it, but my Outlook always displays
an "ERROR" message when I try to use it. somehow, I've
switched to Epix's "Webmail", which I don't really like.
I've tried to switch back every way I know how, but
nothing seems to work. any thoughts, please?
