web tool bar

When outlook is opened and you attempt to open the inbox,
it will briefly display all the messages in the inbox.
Then it will disappear and a search field comes up and
asks to enter keyword here. The address in the tool bar is
http://www.jraun.com/search.php?search=outlook:Inbox. I
tried to disable the web tool bar in options, but it will
not let me. I have been trying to remove Spyware on this
pc. I am having trouble removing pop ups that start
without Internet explorer being open.
