Default Upgrading to Outlook 2003

I have upgraded my office suite to 2003 and everything
works fine except for Outlook. It crashes everytime I
try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I
have run the repair and it continues to do the same
thing. When it opens it brings up the list of things it
is trying to preform and it says it is migrating account
settings but then crashes. Please let me know if you
have any suggestions as to what I can try. Thanks!
