Default Outlook express 6

I have OE5 and wish to replace with OE6,as a very
elementary user, how do I save all my emails from the
various folders in OE5 so that I do not lose them. Can I
transfer them to OE6? and what changes do I have to make
to have OE6 fully up and running.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

regards
Michael
