OL2003 Integrated File Management - Gone??

OL2000 and OL2002 had "Integrated File Management" by which you could go to My Documents, My Computer, or other "file system folders", in the Outlook window. You could print folder file lists and view file attributes like Comments and Keywords etc. This was really useful.

While I can go to web addresses within the Outlook window (using web toolbar), I cannot go to "File System Folders" anywhere in OL2003. If I type file:///c:/ in the web toolbar, OL runs Windows explorer in a separate window; and this does not give me the features that I had in the Outlook window in OL2002 and OL2000

Has Integrated File Management been removed, OR have I got a configuration problem? Help appreciated.
