Hello,
I've been dealing with this for quite a while and I don't know what to do. I have never been able to start Outlook. When I double click the Microsoft Outlook icon on my desktop, a window comes up that says, "You can connect to the server using the network, or work offline, or cancel this logon." If I click "Connect" a window comes up after a while that says, "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable." I'm using a DSL connection, my OS is Windows XP Professional, and I'm using Microsoft Office XP. I don't even know what the "Microsoft Exchange Server" is. Any information you can give me on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. Steve |

1) Right click over the Outlook icon
2) Select Properties 3) Remove ALL entries listed on the services tab 4) Start Outlook and it should prompt you to configure it accordingly. >-----Original Message----- >Hello, > >I've been dealing with this for quite a while and I don't know what to do.
