removing a pop up blocker

someone installed a pop up blocker on my computer at work before I started to work at it. I need to remove it as a websight that I need for work will not respond with the pop up blocker on. Can someone please just walk me thouugh the process so I can get on with getting into the websight that I need to get into? HELP!!!

1) Start
2) Settings
3) Control Panel
4) Add/Remove Programs
5) Locate the Pop Up Stopper
6) Remove\uninstall it
