Multiple profiles on 1 workstation

using exchange and using the show all profiles option....when the drop down box appears it saves the last successful user login name. so the next user has to type their login name and password. why isn't this info saved with the profile name? is there a way to "hold" the login names so that each user simply selects the profile name and the appropriate login name will appear?
