Default Username blank and can't be changed

Whenever I install outlook, it automatically sets up an
exhange account with a blank username, but it is showing
the correct mailbox. It will no let me delete or change
the settings. It is causing some problems with the global
address book, adding events to public calendars and
printing. How can I manually configure the exchane
account?
