how to uninstall office xp sp2. we experenice serious
problem that PC seems slow or even hanges after appying all service pack as of to 15 DEC 2003. We got no problem on SP1. |

Before starting to roll back;
-have verified that Messenger integration is disabled? Tools-> Options-> tab Other -have you already tried recreating your mailprofile? Yes, using exchange server 5.5 sp4
Yes, already recreate mapi profile no, MSN messenger is still enabled whenever hangs appear, most likly winword process cannot be ended in the task manager. This could also be tracked back to errors in the normal.dot template of
Word. Try renaming it to normal.old so Word will create a new one.
