Problem installling BCM

Does anyone know what is going wrong when I install BCM?

I receive the following message in German: "The setup program was no
able to configure the server. Consult further information in you
server error protocol and installation error protocol."

Just a few extra details:

In my Outlook 2003 Pro I have extracted an address book from Outloo
Express, Norton Internet Security 2004 is also installed on th
computer. I disenabled the Firewall and the Intrusion facility, bu
still no joy. I tried removing all the mails and addresses from Outloo
and then installing BCM. To no avail.

would like to use BCM with all its functions I have so far only bee
able to read about.
