Default Importing PST in O2k3

I have outlook 2003 running on one computer, I exported the files to a
outlook.PST file from my personal folders. I have a new machine with
Outlook2003. I went to the top of my personal folders and went to file
import the outlook.pst file and it says the file c:\temp\outlook.pst is not
a personal folders file. I checked and the file doesn't have any read only
attributes. Any suggestions?

I am having exactly the same problem and cannot import
the PST file. When you find out the problem please post
the answer. Many people are having this problem and
Microsoft should fix it.
