Default Outlook 2003 Crashes

Recently installed Outlook 2003 on a Windows 2000
Professional machine. Configured for three separate
Internet mail accounts. Outlook will lock up almost
immediately after I open it. The only configuration
options I changed were adding some senders to the Junk
Mail filters. I'm unable to send any messages and can
click on one or two messages before Outlook stops
responding. There is a message in my Inbox that is a
virus (Download this Microsoft Patch) and I thought it
might be the problem (Norton 2003 is installed), but I'm
unable to delete the message or any other message since
Outlook stops responding almost immediately after I open
it.

Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated!

Mary

Mary, I'm in the same fix. Did you ever find a solution?
