Cannot open MS Outlook

Greetings and Happy Halloween!
I have Win98, Office 97 Pro, Internet Explorer 6.1, and I
cannot open MS Outlook and Outlook Express, cannot find
files. Problem started after download of MS Internet
Explorer 6.1 and system restart. I had to re-install ISP
and when I reloaded and restart, then email, on internet
does not work. MS Exchange Server not setup, still needs
something or somwhere. Thanks,for your assistance! Happy
