"not valid installation package" error

I am trying to install the "import/export engine" feature
on Outlook 2000.

In the process it asks me to insert the CD "Microsoft
Outlook 2000 SR-1"

When I do and hit OK it gives me the following error:

The file "Microsoft Outlook 2000" is not a valid
installation package for the product Microsoft Outlook
2000 SR-1. Try to find the installation
package 'DATA1.MSI' in a folder from which you can install
Microsoft Outlook 2000 SR-1.
