Initial Configuration

I just installed Office and when I opened Outlook, I got the installation wizard and chose the default configuration. Then I was prompted to choose a profile, and the only option is Corel and when I proceed, I get a message that the default email folders cannot be opened. Since I really want to retain my Outlook Express installation for email at this time, I decided to go back and choose the configuration for "no email" to see if I could just configure the fax, etc.. The problem is that I cannot get back to that screen where I can make that choice. If I exit the configuration wizard, I'm told I can start again, which is true, but it opens with the "choose profile" option.
How can I get back to the virgin configuration?
