Outlook XP and Mcafee Antivirus issue

Hey Everyone,
We have a user that had Mcafee 6.0 installed and was
causing problems. We removed the 6.0 and loaded our
corporate 4.5.1 version. When the user launches the
following appears " The addin C:\Program
Files\McAfee\McAfee AntiVirus\HawkEx.dll" could not be
found. This seems to be a hook inside of Outlook
somewhere and I'd like to get rid of it. I searched the
registry for the HawkEx.dll but it wasn't in there.
Any Help would be great.
