Can't receive messages.

Successfully installed Outlook but cannot send or receive
messages. Both message accounts were imported from
Outlook Express (still working fine on same computer, no
longer named as default) and have correct parameters.
Error messages received include 0x800CCC0F; "relaying not
allowed" etc.

Any ideas? Thanks
