Can't install outlook?

I installed outlook 2002 on my previous computer. The
old computer crashed and I now have a new one. When I
try and install outlook 2002, it won't install? It says
the product has already been activated? Any help would
be appreciated.

You'll have to activate by telephone. Explain the situation to the
Activation represenative.
