Default Outlook 2002 - unsafe attachments - HELP

Can anyone tell me how to setup Outlook 2002 to ALLOW me
to have access to it's automatically removed attachments.

I have an email that contains a .BAT file but can't get at
it. It was easy in Outlook Express to turn it off but
can't see how to do it in Outlook 2002.

I'm connecting to a mail server using IMAP by the way, and
it's not Exchange if that is relevant.

Thanks in advance.
