Default can't send email

Outlook 97. Recently migrated from dialup to cable hi-
speed. followed all of settings. I can get incoming
email with no problem. Now all i get is the following
when i try to send emails. "No transport provider was
available for delivery to this recipient."

I have reset all profiles. Can't figure this one out.

Contact your ISP tech support. If your service supports Outlook, probably
have a wrong setting somewhere.
