Microsoft Outlook

I have been rying for two weeks to figure out how to get
my Microsoft Outlook to run. No matter what I do, I can't
figure it out.
The maessage I get the most is,,Profile is not configured!
yet I have been through the account over and over again.
I was also getting a message,,,,Microsoft exchange server
is unavailable.

Do you use Microsoft Exchange and what version of Outlook
